​She is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration. She has completed her studies at Madurai Kamaraj University. She has more than 10 years teaching experience in various reputed institutions. She has published 1 international journal under Global impact factor and 1 national journal under Managerial challenges in Business. She had attended 5 Faculty Development Programme under AICTE – ISTE approval. Her areas of specialisation are Human Resource and Finance. She has attended various workshop, seminar and conferences.
