She has been working as Assistant Professor of BBA Department. She has completed her PhD in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. Area of interest are HR, Marketing,Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Contributed many awareness and entrepreneurship programme in various institutions. Also presented a paper in international conference in Singapore. She  always Severance the student knowledge.
